Token vesting

Pay tokens out linearly over time, with an optional cliff. Schedules are funded upfront and beneficiaries claim what has vested whenever they like.

§1

Token

Vested from your wallet in one transfer per batch.

The contract must receive the exact total, so tokens that take a fee on transfer or rebase are rejected.

§2

Revocability

Fixed at creation for every schedule in the batch.

This choice is permanent and public: it is stored with each schedule onchain and shown to beneficiaries.

§3

Schedules

Linear from the start. Nothing is claimable before the cliff; at the cliff everything accrued since the start unlocks. A month counts as 30 days.
